- Same-Day Dispatch: We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day, provided they are placed before our daily cut-off time.
Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
- Working Days: We operate from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
